This investment is NOT eligible for Registered funds.

Minimum Subscription Amount: CAD $25,000

Subscription Price: CAD $1.00 per Unit

Security: Class A Limited Partnership Units

Offering Size: up to $1,000,000

Target Returns: 15% per annum.  Distributions will be at the upon the sale of the property.

Distribution flow: 100% of funds to LPs until capital contributions have been repaid, 15% per annum to Limited Partners (pro rata basis), then, remaining capital will be distributed 100% to the General Partner.  

Management Fee: One time 5% management fee to the General Partner

Funds Delopment: All funds will be held in trust by legal counsel (Alfred Law) for the duration of the project, and will only be released for approved expenses.
