EZ-Robot First Closing
EZ-Robot has completed their first equity crowdfunding campaign, raising an estimated $230,779.80. The Campaign will continue until they either hit their maximum raise target, or they reach the Second Closing Date of Dec 11, 2022. The Second Closing will have the same terms and price per share as the First Closing.
Sept 2nd - Minimum Goal Reached
We have officially hit our minimum raise milestone! You can still invest in EZ-Robot and help us reach our maximum raise amount! The money raised thus far will allow us to accelerate the growth of our reseller and educator networks, helping to bring world-class robotics education to more youth from around the world.
That said, there are millions of children that need this education globally, so we'll take a moment to celebrate this important milestone, but then it's back to work to continue to raise capital in support of our global growth strategy.
Sept 7th - Two New Resellers in Africa and USA
We are pleased to inform you that we have secured two new resellers providing distribution services throughout Western Africa and USA: Big T InfoTech Solutions in Nigeria and Intellectually Motivated Brainiacs in Indiana. Working with resellers is a cost-effective way to provide local support and gain the sales by leveraging their existing relationships.
Nigeria is the largest economy in Africa and is poised for rapid growth in the technology sector and Big T will help us establish a strong footprint in this emerging market.
Intellectually Motivated Brainiacs is the creation of Ivan Blount, a robotics educator within the state, who is passionate about bringing robotics and A.I. literacy to the youth of Indiana.

October 27th - IROS Conference
EZ-Robot's CEO, Dennis Kambeitz has been chosen as a speaker at the 2022 IEEE/RSJ International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems (IROS 2022) in Kyoto, Japan and he will be presenting on October 27th. This global event is well-respected within the robotics community and annually attracts thousands of worldwide attendees.
EZ-Robot was chosen out of 3579 submissions from 57 different countries. This is a significant achievement for EZ-Robot and reinforces our position as a global leader in the field of robotics education. It also highlights our commitment to innovation and delivering customer value.
October 30th - IROS Conference
Dennis Kambeitz attended IROS 2022 in Kyoto, Japan, IEEE/RSJ International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems. The prestigious conference received a total of 3579 paper submissions, from 57 countries and regions. Kambeitz was honoured to present a session and participate in a panel discussion.
IROS is one of the most impactful robotics research conferences worldwide. It provides an international forum for researchers to explore issues related to intelligent robots and smart machines. The theme of IROS 2022 is “Embodied AI for a Symbiotic Society’’ and featured the top development and research, related to intelligent robots. In addition to technical sessions, presentations and panels, IROS also featured forums, workshops, tutorials, exhibits.
2nd Closing & Launch of 3rd Round
EZ-Robot has completed its 2nd Closing successfully on December 12, 2022, with the offering continuing until its 3rd closing set for March 12, 2023. There is no difference in offering terms between closings.
Jan 30th - OKGN Angel Summit
EZ-Robot was selected to participate in the OKGN Angel Summit, a premier pitch program. Dennis Kambeitz, CEO of EZ-Robot, advanced to the semi-finals and made a strong impression with his entrepreneurial spirit and growth potential. This selection is a validation of EZ-Robot's potential for success and profitability. Kambeitz is now awaiting the final round results.
