This Offering is in USD.  If you invest from a CAD bank account, Equivesto will collect your the CAD from your account at a USD fixed FX rate of $1.440.  When the Closing takes place, Equivesto will convert your funds at the market FX rate to match the amount of your USD investment.  The difference between the two will then be returned to investors at time of closing, minus a 1 Basis point (0.0001) processing fee.  You will indicate if you want to invest in CAD or USD on the subscription agreement.  Equivesto will collect all funds via Electronic Funds Transfer.
