2024 Foundation Capital Offering Memorandum Refresh

Hello,

Foundation Capital released their refreshed Offering Memorandum Dated April 2024.  Please find the updated copy attached and on the Equivesto offering page. 

For investors who invested in April 2024, your investment will close subject to the updated information in the offering memorandum.  While the offering memorandum includes an update to the price per unit (increase to $11.50 per unit from $10 per unit), investments made in April will proceed at the old price of $10 per unit.  

If any investor who invested in April 2024 wishes to rescind their investment based on the updated Offering Memorandum, please confirm by Friday May 3rd, 2024. Otherwise, all pending April 2024 investments will close on that date.

2024 September Update

FCPRET is happy to announce in July 2024 the successful closing of The 57 Oliver Property as outlined in the offering memorandum, which is located at 57 Oliver Street, London; and is a single two-storey building consisting of 12 residential units. The acquisition of the 57 Oliver Property fits within FCPRET’s portfolio due to its stable cash flow and increasing rents. FCPRET obtained CMHC mortgage financing for the property.

FCPRET is under-contract for the purchase of 9 Sarah, Chatham; and is a single two-storey building consisting of 12 residential units. FCPRET is currently seeking mortgage financing through CMHC.

Since January 1, 2024 FCPRET has successfully completed closings of $1,901,929.45.
