for law enforcement applicants. Her leadership brings heart, strategy, and high performance to JW's foundation.

JAIME WALLACE Co-Founder

A tactical operator and former military professional, Jaime brings over a decade of expertise in public safety.

With a specialization in tactical athleticism, he blends elite-level training, operational readiness, and mental

conditioning to consistently deliver peak performance under pressure. Jaime drives JW's mission to forge
