Target Returns:

Pyramine Income Trust directly invests proceeds into Class A Series I Pyramine LP Units issued by Pyramine Investment Limited Partnership.  The Trust targets payment of quartlery distributions to unit holders in the amount equal to 4% per annum of the issue price of the Units.  Unit holders will also share, on a pro rata basis, in any distributions received by the trust from Pyramine LP (Special Distribution).  The Trust aims to commence Special Distributions in 5 years and for them to continue annually afterwards.  Please see the Offering Memorandum for more details.  Proceeds paid out as part of Special Distributions will be split 70/30 between LP Unit holders and the General Partners unit the target return of 12% per annum is reached, after which distributions will change to a 50/50 split between LP Unit Holders and the GP.
